BJJ No-Gi | Muay Thai

Anthony began training in Muay Thai in 2008 under 2X World Champion Jermaine Andre.  During his time with Jermaine, he also trained with wrestling coach Lewis Mendez.

In 2011, Anthony started Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training at 10th Planet BJJ in St. Louis under head coach Eric Schuettenberg. He accepted his first Mixed Martial Arts fight in November of 2009.  In 2011, he won his first “Fight of Champions” 155-pound title belt and went on to win the Sport Fight League title later that year.

Anthony currently competes in Eddie Bravo Invitational (EBI) tournaments around the United States.  He has won dozens of gold medals at NAGA and U.S. Grappling tournaments over the past 7 years.

Anthony moved to Mebane N.C in the spring of 2014 and has found a home as a No-Gi BJJ and Muay Thai instructor and competitor at Open Guard BJJ.
