Cole Fister

Cole began his Kickboxing journey at Apex Martial Arts under coach Don Rodger in 2019.  His natural talent and dedication to the sport quickly led him to join the fight team in less than a year.  Cole started competing in International Kickboxing Federation (IKF) semi-contact events, securing first place in his division for each of his 4 contests.  As an amateur fighter, he has a current record of 3-2, with his most recent win coming at Lightning Strikes XI in February 2023.

Cole’s passion for Kickboxing and Muay Thai goes beyond competition.  He serves as the fight team captain, where he brings positive energy and leadership to every training session.  In addition to his own fighting career, Cole has become a Certified IKF Judge for semi and full-contact events. 

In 2023, Cole began coaching Level 2 Kickboxing coach, where he now runs his own class and assists with Level 3 & 4 classes, helping students advance their skills. 

Outside of coaching and fighting, Cole enjoys playing competitive soccer and holds an associate degree in HVAC.  He currently owns his own growing HVAC business while continuing to pursue his passion for martial arts.
